Custom and Off-the-Shelf Orthotic Solutions

Orthotic devices are external supports such as braces, splints, or insoles that help support, align, or correct weak or injured joints, bones, or muscles.

Orthoses can:

  • Improve alignment and posture
  • Reduce pain
  • Support healing after injury or surgery
  • Assist with walking and movement

Custom Orthotics

Custom orthoses are made specifically for your body using your measurements and unique anatomy.

Commonly used for:

  • Foot deformities or lack of arch support
  • Neuromuscular conditions (e.g. muscle weakness, poor control)
  • Postural abnormalities (e.g. spinal alignment issues)

Off-the-Shelf Orthotics

These are prefabricated devices that can be adjusted to fit you. Body measurements and sizes remain important to ensure proper support and comfort.
